All orders made by you through the LoveTattooz Web site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. All orders are set upon checkout confirmation. An orders items cannot be altered once the order is confirmed, due to the automatic nature of the order system.

Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and Lovesugar for the sale by Lovesugar to you of any product unless and until LoveSugar sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.

Privacy Policy - we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Delivery Policy – We aim to deliver within 3 working days for royal mail items under £50. Also Hermes courier can be used on tracked signed for items which can take 3-5 working days. Larger & more expensive items will be dispatched by next day or 48 hour courier. 

Refund/Cancellations - You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days & return the unused item to us.
